Online Triathlon & Running Coaching

Coaching with Focus 4 Fitness is about more than your training plan. We know how important a structured training plan is but we know that having it closely overseen by your coach keeps you accountable to your goals and more likely to succeed. No matter what your ability is, we can make you better.

 

An initial consultation helps us to understand your goals, expectations and other key factors which we use to build your training plan. You then carry out your testing so we can benchmark your current ability and establish your training zones.

With regular feedback, check-ins and monthly Q&A sessions, we will help keep you on track.

Monthly Coaching

Our monthly coaching is the most cost effective way of working with us. To reflect your commitment to long term progress, we can give you a competitive price for an unrivalled coaching package.

TRI: £75

PAID MONTHLY VIA STANDING ORDER

*Minimum 3 months with 1 month cancellation

  • With British Triathlon Federation (HPCP) & Ironman University certified coach Rob Sears.

  • New structured training plan every 2 weeks.

  • Train with pace, power, heart rate or a combination of training zones.

  • Detailed Swim, bike & run effort sessions where appropriate.

  • 30-minute Zoom chat every 2 weeks.

  • Phone, text, messenger & email support.

  • Access to the monthly coaching Zoom Q&A session.

RUN: £50

PAID MONTHLY VIA STANDING ORDER

  • With England Athletics Coach Rob Sears.

  • New structured training plan every 2 weeks.

  • Train with pace, heart rate or a combination of training zones.

  • Detailed effort session every week where appropriate.

  • 30-minute Zoom chat every 2 weeks.

  • Phone, text, messenger & email support.

  • Access to the monthly coaching Zoom Q&A session.
