Meet The Team
The awesome foursome behind Focus 4 Fitness is made up of Rob, Loren and their two dogs Hugo and Rio.
Rob was born in Norwich and returned July 2016. After working in London and Surrey, it was a joint decision with Loren to launch Focus 4 Fitness as a full time venture in the City.
Rob has been working in the fitness industry since 2000, gaining his first qualification in Personal Training & Sports Therapy in 2004. He has now gained over 60 individual qualifications from organisations including Open University, British Triathlon, England Athletics, Ironman University, Wattbike, London School of Massage, Rocktape & more.
Rob is sports therapist, personal trainer, triathlon & running coach at Focus 4 Fitness as well as being head triathlon coach at Wikiwiki Triathlon and running coach at Norwich Road Runners.
"It is a great feeling helping people. I have dedicated my life to helping people get fitter, healthier, stronger and perform better. I wanted to possess the tools and knowledge to help people and since I first started in the industry my quest for knowledge hasn't diminished!
My own passion is triathlon and my goal is to race at Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. I am visually impaired so will be competing with my guide Loren, if I can keep up with her!"
Loren was born and raised in Norwich. A chartered accountant by day, Loren started her journey in fitness in 2016 in preparation for the opening of Focus 4 Fitness in the city. Her first qualification was a pool to open water swimming qualification with the Swimming Teachers Association (STA).
Loren is now a running coach, guide runner and 1:1 pilates instructor at Focus 4 Fitness as well as a coach at Wikiwiki Triathlon and running coach at Norwich Road Runners.
"I've always been active and loved sport. As a coach I get to combine that love with helping others achieve their goals. I like seeing others succeed and I like knowing I've been a part of that.
My goal is to race at Ironman Kona, Hawaii. I'm excited to see how Rob and I partner up together in Paratriathlon too - no pressure!".
